About the role

This role is for a Family Law Associate to handle high-stakes family law matters with Certified Trial Attorneys at a top-ranked litigation firm based in Roseland, NJ with five regional offices.

Responsibilities

• Complex divorce and custody disputes
• Matrimonial litigation including support and equitable distribution
• Courtroom advocacy, negotiation, and client counseling
• Sophisticated representation in medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active New Jersey Bar membership or eligibility for admission
• 5–10+ years of Family Law Attorney experience
• Proven experience in divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution, and matrimonial litigation
• Strong courtroom, negotiation, and client counseling skills

Pay

$160,000 – $225,000 per year
