About the Role

We are looking for a long-term, experienced nanny & household manager for Tuesdays and Thursdays (9-5), starting September 1st. Care for three boys (ages 8, 5, and 1) while helping keep our home running. We need someone who can step in, see what needs attention, and take ownership of the day—from hands-on care of the baby and keeping the older boys engaged to laundry, kitchen resets, tidying, and organizing. The balance shifts day to day, so initiative and the ability to see the whole picture are key. Experience with the dynamics of a large family is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care for an infant and engage older children (ages 5 and 8)
• Manage household tasks including laundry, kitchen resets, tidying, and organizing
• Take initiative to assess and address daily needs, adapting to shifting priorities

Requirements

• Experienced sitter with a background check completed
• Verified college enrollment or graduation
• Love of working with children
• Excellent communication skills
