About the role
The Family Housing First Case Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive support to families in need of housing assistance.
Responsibilities
- Assess and address immediate housing needs
- Collaborate with community partners to secure housing solutions
- Provide ongoing support to ensure stable housing
- Document progress and outcomes in client files
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant case management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
