Family Finding Coordinator/FGDM Coordinator

Position Description

We are seeking a Family Finding Coordinator / FGDM Coordinator who is passionate about helping children build lifelong connections with supportive family members and caregivers. In this role, you'll coordinate Family Group Decision Making (FGDM) meetings, engage families and community partners, and help create safe, lasting plans that support children and their families.

What You'll Do

• Identify, locate, and engage relatives, kin, and other supportive adults for children and families.
• Cookordinate and facilitate Family Finding and Family Group Decision Making (FGDM) meetings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, foster parents, attorneys, and community partners to develop child-centered plans.
• Assess family strengths and needs while providing education, support, and community resources.
• Cookordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling, participant communication, travel, and meeting arrangements.
• Transport clients using your personal vehicle, as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass all required background clearances.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
