About the role
At Arena Sports Family Entertainment Center (FEC), our hosts are the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they have a safe and enjoyable experience. Our hosts greet customers, explain safety rules and policies, and assist with purchasing entry to attractions. They also ensure customers adhere to rules and policies, set up, clean up, and maintain attractions, and perform other related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Complete opening and closing safety checklists for your attraction
- Greet customers
- Explain safety rules, policies, and how to purchase entry to customers
- Answer customer questions about the different FEC attractions including rules, policies, and hours of operation
- Adhere to FEC safety rules
- Set up, clean up, and maintain the attractions
- Ensure customers are following rules and policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
Qualifications
- Problem Anticipation/ Deductive Reasoning: Ability to anticipate issues and apply logic to resolve problems.
- Written Comprehension and Expression: Ability to read, understand, and communicate information and ideas in writing.
- Oral Comprehension and Expression: Ability to understand and communicate effectively.
- Computer Skills: Ability to use software like Word, Excel, and other required by TBCC and regulatory agencies.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Skills & Knowledge: Enthusiastic, friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile for all customers.
- Physical Requirements: Sitting and standing as needed.
Qualifications
