Family Court Attorney - First Circuit Court, Office of the Chief Court Administrator (Kapolei, Oahu)

$6,535 to $8,945 per month, based on qualifications.

• Legal and policy support to the Family Courts statewide
• Conducts legal research, drafts opinions, develops policies and procedures
• Coordinates legislative efforts for the Family Courts
• Drafts bills and testimony, monitors and analyzes legislation, disseminates updates, responds to legislative inquiries, implements new laws through policy and form development
• Serves as the First Circuit Family Court Custodian of Records
• Performs other related duties as assigned
