Family Centered Treatment Supervisor / IFP Therapist

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement the Family Centered Treatment Program
• Ensure program fidelity and maintain high standards of services delivery
• Provide clinical supervision to Family Centered Treatment Practitioners
• Collaborate with the Program Director to develop program goals and strategies
• Maintain and report on program outcomes
• Engage in clinical supervision and consultation
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners

Requirements

• Licensed Mental Health Practitioner in Nebraska or license-eligible in Nebraska
• Masters Degree in clinical counseling
• Minimum of two years experience working with children and families
• Minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of Family Centered Treatment model and evidence-based practices preferred
• Excellent writing skills and computer skills
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
• Able to meet deadlines consistently and highly organized
• Demonstrates understanding and empathy for others
• Pass a background check (Sexual Offenders Register, and the Department's Central Registers for Adult Protective Services and Child Abuse and Neglect, State Background Check)
• Knowledge about human mental development
• Knowledge of Trauma-Informed Care

Pay

Salary $90,000

Schedule

This position is a full-time position that requires 40 hours of work each week or more. Due to the nature of the position, hours of work could include weekends, evenings, and holidays. Position will require being on-call in the evenings, on weekends, and holidays.
