We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. The posting includes: - Intro paragraph about Y values, mission, etc. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the organization". But we need to use headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have: - Position Summary: description of intern role. That could be "About the role" or "Responsibilities". The "Essential Functions" list is responsibilities. - Qualifications: list of qualifications. - Benefits: mention of comprehensive benefits package: flexible schedules, competitive pay, generous paid time off, medical/dental/vision, dependent care FSA, employer contribution to retirement fund, opportunities for career advancement, training and development programs. - Pay: mention of competitive pay (but not specific amount). The rule: do NOT create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "competitive pay" but no specific number. Is that considered stating them? It says "competitive pay" but not a number. The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. "Competitive pay" is vague but still states that pay is competitive. Is that considered stating them? It's not a specific number, but it's a statement about pay. The instruction says "unless the posting actually states them". It does state "competitive pay". That is a statement about pay, albeit vague. However they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might be okay to include Pay section with that statement? But they also say never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", etc. "Competitive pay" is not exactly filler but still vague. Might be considered placeholder? I'd lean to not include Pay section because it's not specific. Similarly Schedule: they mention flexible schedules. That's a statement about schedule. Could include Schedule section? They said "flexible schedules". That's a statement about schedule. Might be okay. But again it's vague. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. They do state flexible schedules and competitive pay. So we could include those sections with that content. However they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine Benefits, Pay, Schedule into one Benefits section? But they want separate headings if content exists. However we could include Benefits section that includes flexible schedules, competitive pay, etc. That would cover all. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose which to include. If we put all benefits-related info under Benefits heading, we satisfy having Benefits section. We could omit Pay and Schedule separate headings to avoid thin sections. That seems reasonable. Thus sections: - About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph about Y mission and invitation. Or Position Summary. We'll put Position Summary under About the role. - Responsibilities: Essential Functions list. - Requirements: maybe the physical demands and other requirements? But we have Qualifications separate. Could treat Requirements as "Physical Demands" etc. But we have Qualifications heading for qualifications. The list includes "Must meet qualifications established by the Y in Central Maryland." etc. That's qualifications. So we can put Qualifications heading for that. - Skills: maybe not explicitly listed; we have "some computer skills required". Could be under Skills. But we might not have enough to make a Skills section. Could omit. - Benefits: as described. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we must include all details: intro paragraph, position summary, essential functions (list), qualifications (list), physical demands (list), benefits description. We must not include boilerplate like Code of Conduct with Youth etc? That is substantive? It's about policy. It might be considered part of requirements? It's a policy that associates must abide by. Could be included under Requirements or Qualifications? It's a requirement to follow Code of Conduct. Might be considered a requirement. We'll include it under Requirements maybe as a bullet. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The Code of Conduct with Youth is not boilerplate; it's a policy. We'll keep. We must not repeat job title as heading. No job title given. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Now craft HTML. Structure:

About the role

Intro paragraph about Y values and mission.

Position Summary: ...

But we could combine intro and position summary into one

or two. Keep as separate paragraphs.

Responsibilities

  • ...

Requirements

  • Physical demands: walk, stand, kneel, stoop, push, lift up to 50 pounds; occasionally work outside in wet, cold, humid; able to work in hot humid environment with moderate physical exercise; continuous operations requiring attention to detail and multi-tasking; exposed to cleaning supplies; able to stand or sit for long periods; able to complete required certifications; pool safety and instructional equipment, some computer skills required.
  • Must meet qualifications established by the Y in Central Maryland.
  • Good character, professional demeanor, ability to follow directions, accept supervision, communicate clearly.
  • Current enrollment in a high school, college, university, vocational program, or workforce development program.
  • Required to report to the office on designated workdays in accordance with organizational expectations.
  • All Y associates agree to abide by The Code of Conduct with Youth that sets clear expectations for associates and volunteers to ensure a safe and respectful environment for young people. It emphasizes treating youth with respect and fairness, avoiding inappropriate physical or verbal interactions, and adhering to established standards of affection. The policy strictly prohibits any form of abuse, bullying, or harassment and mandates the reporting of suspected mistreatment. Additionally, associates and volunteers must complete training on child abuse prevention and comply with legal reporting requirements to safeguard youth.
But we also have Qualifications heading separate. Actually we have both Requirements and Qualifications. The qualifications list includes: Good character..., Current enrollment..., Required to report..., etc. The physical demands maybe under Requirements. We could split: Requirements = Physical Demands; Qualifications = the list of enrollment, character, etc. But we also have "Must meet qualifications established by the Y in Central Maryland." That's generic. Better to follow the headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (physical demands), Qualifications (enrollment, character, etc.), Benefits (benefits package). Skills maybe not needed; we could omit. Pay and Schedule we could omit as we included flexible schedules and competitive pay under Benefits. Thus we will output:

Check that we didn't repeat any boilerplate. We removed the final motivational sentence "Join us and bring your passion to a fulfilling career where you can truly make a difference!" That's substantive? It's a call to action but could be considered boilerplate? It's a motivational closing. Might be considered part of About the role? Could include as a paragraph. The instruction: remove duplicated lines, but not remove motivational statements unless they are boilerplate. It's not boilerplate; it's part of the posting. We should preserve all substantive information. So we should include that sentence
