Traffic Summary

The Family Care Coordinator (FCC) is responsible for obtaining telephonic donor authorizations, providing donation options, and completing medical/social history questionnaires.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Triage: Receives and evaluates incoming referral calls, obtains clinical information, and communicates with donation partner facilities.
  • Approach and Authorization (FCCI): Communicates donation process to families, completes DRAI, and documents responses.
  • Other Responsibilities: Maintains competency, participates in meetings, supports workflow, assists with training, and performs other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma required, Bachelors or Associates degree preferred, CEBT or CTBS Certification.
  • Experience: 6+ months of relevant experience, minimum typing speed of 40 wpm preferred.

Salary & Benefits

$47,775 to $53,462.50 annually, with night shift differential available. Benefits include medical/dental/vision plans, PTO, holidays, life insurance, wellness plans, EAP, pet insurance, gym reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, and 403b retirement plan.
