About the role
The Family Based Mental Health Services Program Director is responsible for overseeing a program that provides mental health services to families in need. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mental health administration and a proven track record of improving outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the mental health program including service delivery, staff management, and budgeting.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with community partners to expand access to services.
- Provide clinical supervision to mental health professionals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in mental health administration.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Experience working with diverse populations and addressing systemic barriers to mental health care.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
