About the role

The Family Based Mental Health Services Program Director is responsible for overseeing a program that provides mental health services to families in need. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mental health administration and a proven track record of improving outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the mental health program including service delivery, staff management, and budgeting.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve client outcomes and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with community partners to expand access to services.
• Provide clinical supervision to mental health professionals.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health administration.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Experience working with diverse populations and addressing systemic barriers to mental health care.
