About the role

You’ll assist individuals in a variety of situations, such as navigating prenuptial agreements and attending court hearings for divorce, alimony/spousal support, and child support.

Responsibilities

• Navigate prenuptial agreements
• Attend court hearings for divorce, alimony/spousal support, and child support
• Represent clients in cases involving child abuse, child custody, and domestic violence

Requirements

• Experience at a law firm working on family law issues for at least 4 years

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping people navigate difficult life challenges

Skills

• Ability to maintain composure in emotionally charged situations
• Effective negotiation and argumentation skills
