Anthoor Law Group is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney who is passionate about providing compassionate support during challenging life transitions. The ideal candidate will manage their own cases, work alongside an experienced legal support team, and have the opportunity to grow within a boutique California law firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage and own your caseload
• Develop and implement legal strategies tailored to client goals
• Communicate with honesty and compassion
• Work on sophisticated and rewarding family law matters

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience practicing family law
• Experience managing your own cases
• Strong administrative and paralegal support
• Meaningful autonomy in case management

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-approved law school
• Admitted to practice in California
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle emotionally charged cases with empathy and professionalism

Skills

• Exceptional legal writing and advocacy skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis

Pay

$150,000 - $180,000 yearly DOE
