Family Attorney

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Family Law Attorney with 3+ years of experience to manage a full caseload from start to finish. This role is ideal for a litigation-focused attorney who is confident in the courtroom, capable of handling contested family law matters independently, and committed to achieving strong outcomes for clients. The ideal candidate must have actual trial experience in family law cases and be actively licensed to practice in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of family law matters from intake to resolution
• Handle contested family law cases independently, including trial preparation and courtroom advocacy
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials
• Provide client counseling and maintain case files

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a family law attorney
• Actual trial experience in family law cases
• Active license to practice law in Wisconsin
• Litigation-focused with confidence in the courtroom

Pay

Salary range: $130,000 – $150,000 per year (based on experience)
