We're looking for an experienced family law attorney licensed to practice in Arizona with a proven track record in managing family law cases from start to finish. The ideal candidate is motivated to continuously develop their skills and tackle new challenges. They should be comfortable using legal technology and open to adopting new tools that enhance efficiency. With extensive experience in handling various family law matters, including high-conflict custody disputes and complex high-asset cases, they must possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients in difficult situations. Additionally, they should be capable of analyzing intricate legal issues while delivering thoughtful, client-centered representation across a wide array of family law areas.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of family law cases from initial consultation through trial or settlement
- Handle high-conflict custody disputes and complex high-asset cases
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation in a variety of family law matters
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients in challenging situations
- Analyze complex legal issues and provide thoughtful, client-focused solutions
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Arizona
- Experience managing family law cases from beginning to resolution
- Motivated to continue professional development and take on new challenges
- Comfortable using legal technology and open to adopting new tools
- Experienced in handling a variety of family law matters, including high-conflict custody disputes and complex high-asset cases
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with clients
- Capable of analyzing complex legal issues and providing thoughtful, client-focused representation
Qualifications
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in Arizona
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in family law
