About the role

A highly motivated family attorney is sought to represent clients through critical legal matters including prenuptial agreements, divorces, alimony, child support, child custody, and real estate transactions. Expertise in areas such as child abuse, child custody, and domestic violence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of legal documents related to family law cases
• Representation of clients in court proceedings, both in and out of court
• Handling complex legal issues involving child abuse, child custody, and domestic violence
• Assisting clients with real estate transactions and other family law matters

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in family law cases
• Experience in handling legal issues related to child abuse, child custody, and domestic violence
• Adaptability to handle high-stress situations and sensitive client interactions
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing of the bar in the relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum 5 years of experience in family law
