Responsibilities
- Manage a full family law caseload from initial consultation through final resolution.
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and court proceedings.
- Handle a broad range of family law matters, including: Divorce, Child custody and parenting time, Child support, Spousal maintenance, High-conflict custody disputes, High-net-worth and complex asset division, Post-decree modifications and enforcement matters.
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Develop strategic case plans in collaboration with attorneys and legal support staff.
- Build trusted relationships with clients by providing compassionate, practical legal guidance during challenging situations.
- Utilize modern legal technology and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
- Stay current on Arizona family law statutes, case law, and procedural updates.
Requirements
Experience in family law is required, with a strong emphasis on high-net-worth and complex asset division cases. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters are essential. Familiarity with modern legal technology and AI tools is preferred.
Qualifications
AJAX degree in law, licensed to practice in Arizona, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in family law. Experience with high-net-worth and complex asset division cases is preferred.

Pay
$145,000 - $175,000 per year
