Family and Consumer Science Teacher

About the role

The Niagara Falls City School District is seeking a dynamic, collaborative, flexible, and engaging Family and Consumer Science teacher for the 2026/2027 school year. This position is open to both new and experienced educators. New York State Certification in Family and Consumer Sciences is required. Experienced teachers may receive credit for prior years of service in other public schools.

Professional development opportunities are available through our Teacher Resource Center located at Niagara Falls High School, with technology integrated at all grade levels.

Pay

Very competitive salary based on teaching experience and education, ranging from $53,796 to $77,126.

• Probationary appointment with a residency requirement
