Family Advocacy Program Victim Advocate and Educator

OTHRFull-time
We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes summary, duties, requirements, qualifications. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have summary (About the role). Duties (Responsibilities). Requirements (Conditions of employment). Qualifications (Qualifications). Skills maybe part of qualifications but we can include Skills section if there is explicit skill list. The qualifications list includes many skills and abilities; we could put them under Skills. But we must not create thin sections; we can combine. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role (summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (conditions of employment + qualifications?), but they said separate headings for Requirements and Qualifications. We could have both if content is substantive. We have both sections: Requirements (conditions of employment) and Qualifications (specialized experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, credentials). Those are substantive. Skills could be part of Qualifications; we could omit separate Skills section to avoid thin. Benefits, Pay, Schedule: not present (no info). So omit those sections. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use

. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. The posting includes lots of text; we need to preserve all substantive information but can format. The primary purpose of this position is to assist and advocate for victims of spouse/intimate partner abuse and to non-offending parents or caregivers to victims of child abuse; and to educate command personnel regarding appropriate responses to victims of domestic violence and child abuse." That's About the role. Duties: The major duties sections I-IV with percentages. We need to list them as list items maybe each duty as

  • . Could break into subpoints but keep substantive. Requirements: Conditions of employment list: Must meet Federal Employment suitability requirements and successful completion of background investigation. Background investigations are conducted using fingerprint identification and completion of background inquiry forms. Must successfully pass the E-verify employment verification check. Any discrepancies must be resolved as a condition of employment. You must go through a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) process that requires two forms of identification from the Form I-9. May be required to pass pre-employment examinations. Must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship or U.S. National. A valid State driver's license is required to operate motor vehicles. Must have your salary sent to a financial institution of your choice by Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer. Position requires employee to obtain and maintain eligibility for a Secret Security Clearance. An Access National Agency Check Investigation (ANACI) is required via the SF86 Security Form. Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959. Must be willing to accept on-call after hours duties as needed. Qualifications: The block about specialized experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, credentials. We need to preserve all substantive info. Could format as list items for each bullet? The text is long sentences; we could break into
    • for each distinct requirement: e.g., "Three years of specialized experience in assisting and providing advocacy services to adult and child victims of domestic abuse and sexual assault." etc. But we must not invent or summarize away detail; we need to preserve all substantive information. If we break into list items, we are still preserving the content, just formatting. That's acceptable. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:
