Responsibilities
- Laugh, break a sweat, and inspire the next generation of soccer stars
- Lead fun, engaging soccer sessions
- Gain experience supporting community events
- Support business operations
- Engage in marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Passion for positively impacting children’s lives through the love of sports and fitness
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior soccer experience is not required- prior experience working with children is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle- that is insured
- Transportation Requirement: Reliable transportation is required
- Must be able to commute to our Burtonsville office (3919 National Drive, Burtonsville, MD 20866 - Suite 300)
- Must be able to travel to coaching sites located approximately 30–45 minutes away
- Must be able to pass a background check

Pay
- $13.25 to $17.95- per hour, depending on location
Schedule
- Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday: 8:30am-7:00pm
- Saturday-Sunday: 8:30am - 2:00pm
- Hybrid Work Format: 50% On-Field Coaching & 50% Office & Events
