Fall Protection Specialist - Virginia

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Fall Protection Specialist - Virginia to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This remote, Virginia-focused role will drive market penetration and account prioritization for fall protection offerings across key customer segments. The specialist will support sales growth through training, field demonstrations, and the development of practical materials that help customers improve safety practices. This position will partner closely with internal teams to support product launches and strengthen customer adoption in the field.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Prioritize key fall protection accounts in Virginia
• Manage fall protection market penetration strategies
• Provide training and support using a demonstration vehicle
• Assist in developing training programs and materials
• Help prioritize new fall protection product launches

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of fall protection or safety experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of similar experience
• Current, valid Driver's License
• 5 years of sales experience in relevant environments is a plus
• Experience with fall protection products and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and navigate uneven surfaces

Pay

$113,752 – $139,031 annually
