Responsibilities
- Gain real-world, hands-on experience in Sales Operations
- Work cross-functionally with departments and leaders across the organization
- Interact with various departments to understand how they collaborate and impact one another
- Learn effective process improvement and change management techniques
- Understand the importance of process documentation
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and solve problems
- Work with a designated mentor on tasks and projects that support the team and department
Requirements

Qualifications
- Currently attending a 4-year college/university, pursuing a degree in business or a relevant field
- Able to commit to part-time hours (10-15 hours per week) during the 2026 fall and 2027 spring semesters
- Full-time hours available for Summer 2027
Schedule
- Part-time: 10-15 hours per week during the 2026 fall and 2027 spring semesters
- Full-time: Summer 2027
Pay
The compensation range is $17-$19 per hour.
Work Location
This is a hybrid internship. Your reporting location will be our Corporate Office in Greenville, WI. Training will take place onsite.
