What You’ll Do
- Aid in organizing and attending weekly departmental meetings.
- Learn and adhere to partner brand guidelines and content standards.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop engaging content for social media and marketing channels.
- Prepare marketing proposals for external partners.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual obligations for all partners in music, talk, and sports.
- Create PowerPoint presentations to summarize various initiatives such as show and channel launches, content campaigns, and events.
- Support coordinators by circulating approved assets and programming details across different lines of business using Monday.com.
- Assist with administrative tasks like booking conference rooms, scheduling meetings, and submitting invoices.
What You’ll Need
- Currently enrolled students at a university or recent graduates within the past year, with a preference for those graduating by September 2027.
- Thorough proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), with PowerPoint being essential.
- Basic photo editing skills (Photoshop and Canva) are a plus.
- Prior experience in marketing, advertising, media, or communications is preferred.
- A strong passion for music, entertainment, and sports.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to take initiative and follow through on projects.
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
Compensation
The base salary for this position is expected to be $18/hr, with potential for short-term and long-term incentives. The exact amount may vary based on individual qualifications and experience.
