About the role
Assistant Coach – Boys Soccer at Paramus High School. Season runs July through November 2026 (subject to modification); organized practice begins August 2026 pursuant to current NJSIAA rules. This is an annual appointment; re-application is required for subsequent years.
Responsibilities
- Assist the head coach in all aspects of coaching the boys soccer team during the fall season.
Requirements
- New Jersey resident or willingness to relocate.
- Controlled substance testing and successful completion of criminal history background check required prior to employment.
Qualifications
- New Jersey Teaching Credential, OR
- Substitute Credential, OR
- Eligibility for Substitute Credential (60 undergraduate college credits).
Pay
$5,049 – $6,488 stipend, in accordance with the negotiated agreement between the Paramus Board of Education and the Education Association of Paramus (EAP).
