About the role
The Department of Psychology seeks a Fall Adjunct faculty member to teach First-Year Psychology courses, hold office hours for planning, grading, and student meetings, and support departmental service. This is a semester-based, 9-month appointment at 0.563 FTE (30 hours/week).
Responsibilities
- Teach First-Year Psychology courses.
- Maintain regular office hours for planning, grading, and student consultations.
- Utilize University tools such as Canvas for course management.
- Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication with students.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum of 18 credit hours in Psychology.
- Proficiency with computers and willingness to undergo training on University systems.
