About the role
Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning and execution, including resource allocation and risk management.
- Manage project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure team success.
- Ensure adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline goals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project needs and deliverables.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in engineering management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Knowledge of local and international building codes and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Skills
- Strong technical knowledge in engineering disciplines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
