About the role

Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and client requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning and execution, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Manage project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure team success.
  • Ensure adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project needs and deliverables.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in engineering management.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Knowledge of local and international building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Skills

  • Strong technical knowledge in engineering disciplines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
