This state-of-the-art, multipurpose venue seats 65,000 and has hosted world-class music artists, premier sporting events, and major productions like the NFL Pro Bowl and Super Bowl LVIII. About the role

We are seeking energetic, responsible graduate and/or undergraduate interns to join Legends Global in the Marketing and Production Technology departments. Interns will learn the daily tasks, procedures, and practices within Sports and Entertainment by supporting department tasks, projects, and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete department projects as assigned by department head
• Assist with ongoing daily administrative tasks
• Support department for event preparation
• Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents
• Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
• Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks

Requirements

• Must be eligible for school credit and enrolled as a full-time graduate or undergraduate student
• Must be able to commit to a minimum work schedule of 18 hours per week (20-30 hours preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Detail-oriented with exceptional attention to detail
• Eager to learn and proactive with new tasks
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Competency with hand tools is preferred
• Ability to multi-task and work with the public
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Must be able to work indoors and outside
• Must be a high-energy team player
• Must be organized, flexible, and able to accept direction and constructive criticism
