Responsibilities
- Aid in managing the social media presence for Dollywood Parks & Resorts, including influencer relations, social content creation, and community management.
- Support the social media team in executing interactive efforts across various platforms.
- Maintain and manage influencer inquiries and partnerships through AspireIQ, and schedule and create content for Dollywood Parks & Resorts’ channels.
- Collaborate with Dollywood Parks & Resorts personnel to obtain, develop, and proof content for all social/PR campaigns.
- Work with the Public Relations and Social Media team to support PR and event-related activities.
- Analyze social media analytics and adjust strategies to improve performance and meet goals.
- Maintain a watchful eye on all social media channels, addressing issues or opportunities as needed.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Junior-level status at a college, university, or technical school with a concentration in Communications, Social Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Self-motivated and disciplined.
- Productive in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable work attendance and flexibility with assigned work schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Flexible to handle frequent changes in priorities.
Qualifications
- Able to make a friendly impression when speaking to or corresponding with guests, vendors, and other employees.
- Able to prioritize and complete work assignments on a timely basis.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality and judgment regarding privileged information.
- Able to communicate effectively with guests and hosts using approved communication methods.
- Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects ahead of schedule.
- Able to comprehend instructions and retain information.
- Able to perform duties consistent with creating a safe and secure environment for hosts and guests.
- Able to be flexible to handle frequent changes in priorities.
