Fall 2026 Social Media Intern - Dollywood Parks & Resorts

Responsibilities

  • Aid in managing the social media presence for Dollywood Parks & Resorts, including influencer relations, social content creation, and community management.
  • Support the social media team in executing interactive efforts across various platforms.
  • Maintain and manage influencer inquiries and partnerships through AspireIQ, and schedule and create content for Dollywood Parks & Resorts’ channels.
  • Collaborate with Dollywood Parks & Resorts personnel to obtain, develop, and proof content for all social/PR campaigns.
  • Work with the Public Relations and Social Media team to support PR and event-related activities.
  • Analyze social media analytics and adjust strategies to improve performance and meet goals.
  • Maintain a watchful eye on all social media channels, addressing issues or opportunities as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Junior-level status at a college, university, or technical school with a concentration in Communications, Social Media, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined.
  • Productive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable work attendance and flexibility with assigned work schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Flexible to handle frequent changes in priorities.

Qualifications

  • Able to make a friendly impression when speaking to or corresponding with guests, vendors, and other employees.
  • Able to prioritize and complete work assignments on a timely basis.
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality and judgment regarding privileged information.
  • Able to communicate effectively with guests and hosts using approved communication methods.
  • Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects ahead of schedule.
  • Able to comprehend instructions and retain information.
  • Able to perform duties consistent with creating a safe and secure environment for hosts and guests.
  • Able to be flexible to handle frequent changes in priorities.
