Fall 2026 Management Trainee Internship Pompano

About the role

The Enterprise Management Trainee Internship offers real-world professional experience to university/college students, helping them stand out on their resumes and gain valuable business and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn what it takes to run a successful business
• Acquire highly marketable skills in management
• Take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals
• Work in a team-based environment with support from peers
• Develop skills in managing a fleet of vehicles, customer service, marketing strategies, and building relationships
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers
• Be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards

Requirements

• Rising Senior or Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program
• At least 18 years old
• Six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company
• Able to work 10-12 weeks throughout the Fall, starting September 30th

Qualifications

Must be able to work in the Pompano Beach area, including Ft. Lauderdale Beach and Downtown Ft. Lauderdale.
