Fall 2026 Management Trainee Internship North Miami

If you’re looking to hit the ground running, the Enterprise Management Trainee Internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. Responsibilities

• Learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management.
• Take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals in a team-based environment.
• Develop the skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with your peers.
• Be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

• Must be a rising Senior or Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to work 10-12 weeks throughout the Fall, starting September 30th.

• Must be able to work in the North Miami area, which includes Sunny Isles and Hallandale.

Pay

The pay for this position is $18.50 per hour.

Schedule

This position is a full time (25 hours a week) 12 week program starting September 30th.
