The Enterprise Management Internship will provide you with valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience.

Take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals.
Work in a team-based environment with support from peers.
Engage in intern projects and friendly competition with peers.
Have the opportunity to develop skills in managing a fleet of vehicles, customer care, marketing strategies, and building relationships.
Be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program at a college/university, graduating in December 2026.
The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Must be available to work a minimum number of 40 hours per week during the internship within normal Enterprise business hours.
Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date.
Must have 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.

Paid internship with an hourly rate of pay of $18/hour.
Flexible schedule available from September 15, 2026 - December 10, 2026, with 15-25 hours per week.
