Responsibilities

• Learn what it takes to run a successful business
• Acquire highly marketable skills in management
• Take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals
• Work in a team-based environment with peers helping you learn, grow and have fun
• Develop the skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers
• Be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards

Requirements

• Must be a rising Senior or Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must be able to work 10-12 weeks throughout the Fall, starting September 30th
