Fall 2026 Internship - Women's Design

About the role

We’re looking for highly motivated college students, in good academic standing, passionate about our brand and working toward a career in the retail industry. Interns will assist in day-to-day operations within their designated department, provide support to other departments as needed, and handle administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist design team with all aspects of the design process
• Organize samples and trims by maintaining trim library
• Sketch and update CADs in Illustrator after meetings and fittings
• Update and organize various binders for fabrics/CADs/trims/artwork
• Organize and file paperwork and samples
• Maintain functional and organized office space by helping to file paperwork, trims, fabrics and color swatches and hang/organize samples
• Demonstrate the ability to carefully listen to others at all levels in the organization
• Show strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills
• Complete ad hoc projects and responsibilities as needed

What You Bring

• Attending school for design with a strong interest in women’s and girls’ apparel and/or print/pattern design
• STRONG organizational skills
• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Eager to learn

• Great communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Flexibility and open-mindedness
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential company materials
• Strong interpersonal communication

A Few Things You Should Know

• This internship is for credit only and requires appropriate paperwork from your school
• You must be able to come into the office on either Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday (2x a week)
• We work with your class and extracurricular schedule to determine your internship schedule
• We recommend working two full 8 hour days and one 4 hour half day
• Fall internships can be up to 15 weeks long with a max of 20 hours per week
• Fall internships slated to start early to mid-September
• The program is highly competitive
