About the role

We’re looking for highly motivated college students, in good academic standing, passionate about our brand, and aiming for a career in the retail industry. Interns will assist in various departmental operations, provide support to other departments, and handle administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aid in sample management, seasonal line development, and garment fitting.
  • Learn retail operations and business management.
  • Manage inventory, select seasonal lines, and create lookbooks for outlet stores.
  • Gain basic retail math skills to understand selling reports and financial statements.
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop on-brand styles for all outlet departments (men’s, women’s, boys, girls).
  • Work with designers to choose and develop styles, source fabrics and trims.

  • This internship is for credit only and requires appropriate school paperwork.
  • You must be available to work 2 full 8-hour days and 1 4-hour half day.
  • Fall internships typically last up to 15 weeks with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
