Fall 2026 Internship - Men's Merchandising

About the role

We’re looking for highly motivated college students in good academic standing who are passionate about our brand and working towards a career in the retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage samples
• Assist in Board Review and Line Adoption prep work
• Create Product Knowledge for Retail stores and Product Details for the ecommerce business
• Participate in competitive research to understand current market trends
• Demonstrate strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Handle ad hoc projects and responsibilities as needed

Requirements

Interest in Merchandising
Passion for the vineyard vines brand and lifestyle
Great communication skills (verbal and written)
Flexibility and open-mindedness
Proficient in Excel
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively receive and communicate feedback

Qualifications

Must be enrolled in a college or university and able to provide the appropriate paperwork from your school in order to be considered.

Pay

The pay rate is not specified, but is for credit only and you must provide the appropriate paperwork from your school.

Schedule

Interns are expected to work 2 full 8-hour days and 1 4-hour half day, with the possibility of working 15 weeks starting early to mid-September. The schedule is determined based on your class and extracurricular schedule.
