About the role

THE·TEAM operates globally in sports, music, and entertainment, managing talent, brands, and properties in 28 countries and 70+ cities. This internship offers hands-on legal experience without compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, and edit contracts such as sponsorship/endorsement, appearance, and content creation agreements.
  • Research and analyze legal questions, drafting memos and opinions on various legal areas.
  • Collaborate closely with all legal team members across offices.

Requirements

  • Current 2L or 3L at an ABA-approved US law school.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong work ethic.
  • An eagerness to ask questions and learn.
  • An unparalleled attention to detail.
  • No prior sports/entertainment industry experience required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word/redlining is helpful.

Qualifications

Candidates must be eligible to receive law school credit for this unpaid internship. Proof of eligibility is required for candidates moving forward in the interview process.
