Internship Overview
We are seeking a Creative Development Intern with a passion for storytelling and a strong interest in the documentary and unscripted television space. This internship is ideal for students majoring or minoring in Journalism, Creative Writing, or related fields who are eager to apply their writing skills in a professional creative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct research on a wide range of topics, talent, and cultural trends to support development
- Write and refine loglines, series overviews, and creative materials for documentary and unscripted projects
- Aid in brainstorming original series and film concepts with a clear creative point of view
- Help develop pitch documents, one-sheets, and presentation materials
- Track and analyze current trends in the non-fiction and streaming landscape
- Gain experience in Canva or other deck design software
Internship Program Details
- Must be able to earn college credit for an internship
- Runs from September 9, 2026 – December 11, 2026
- Time commitment expectation of 20+ hours per week
- The role is based remotely, however if candidate is based in Los Angeles they have the option for a hybrid schedule
