Intern Expectations
- All Interns are expected to work 24-29.9 hours a week during the session.
- While each intern will be working with a specific division, they will have the opportunity to learn about other areas within Excel, through lunch and learns held throughout the semester.
Important Dates
- The Fall Program runs from Monday, September 14th, 2026 through Thursday, December 10th, 2026.
Office Hours
- 9:00 am - 6:00 PM ET, Monday-Friday OR as agreed upon with advisor.
Our Intern Must
- Be available to work under 30 hours per week.
- Be available to report to the New York office approximately 3-days a week.
- Have a senior standing in college (must have completed your junior year of undergrad) OR Be enrolled in a graduate school OR Have a bachelor's or postgraduate degree.
Interview Process
- Applications will close on August 14th, 2026.
- If selected, the expectation is that offers will be extended mid to late August.
- The program will begin on September 14th, 2026.
Creative Intern Expectations
- Participate in maintaining project documentation and ensuring accurate, up-to-date reporting.
- Aid in research and brainstorming sessions that inform compelling creative assets across divisions and clients.
- Contribute deep research and insights to help shape pitches and creative concepts.
- Develop a working understanding of the professional standards required to represent elite athletes and blue-chip brand partners.
- Observe and support client-facing communications to understand expectations, sensitivities, and priorities.
- Aid in coordinating production timelines, asset organization, and file management to ensure creative projects are delivered on time and on brand.
- Aid in preparing materials that align with the organization's brand positioning and commitment to excellence.
Pay
The pay for this position is: $17.00 per hour.
