Responsibilities
- Charge and Trap Characterization of grown and deposited Thin Films from the 300mm Fab.
- Independently conduct experiments in cooperation with in-Fab Module Engineers, conferring with subject matter experts.
- Design or craft customized test setup for internal evaluation (electrical, thermal, mechanical).
- The position may entail characterization and operation of a finished Image Sensor product.
- At the end of the internship, final presentation and passdown of learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in EE or Material Science (or equivalent classwork) degree.
- Individual must be able to multi-task as an individual and in team environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills verbal as well as written (English).
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient with lab equipment (oscilloscope, voltage / current probes, power supplies, various mechanical tools)

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $25.00 to $36.00 per hour exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
