[Fall 2026] High School Flag Football Assistant Coach

About the role

The High School Flag Football Assistant Coach will support the DREAM Charter High School team in organizing and managing the flag football program during the school year. This position is part-time and seasonal.

Responsibilities

• Support the head coach in planning and executing training sessions
• Assist in recruiting and managing players
• Help organize and manage game schedules
• Work closely with the school administration to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations

Requirements

• Experience coaching high school sports
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of flag football rules and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field preferred
• Previous experience working with youth sports programs

Skills

• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes
• Good interpersonal skills
