Fall 2026 Event Operations and Impact Intern

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and book all travel accommodations
• Ensure travel schedules align with event schedules and avoid conflicts
• Monitor travel expenses to stay within a provided budget
• Develop itineraries for traveling teams
• Provide recommendations to optimize travel operations based on trends and forecasts
• Coordinate with community distribution partners
• Review network applications to receive meals from events
• Build relationships with partners
• Coordinate and oversee meal distribution partner pickups from events
• Create an impact report to share with internal and external stakeholders as a capstone project
