Fall 2026 Campaign Finance Intern

Core Responsibilities

• Pick up client mail and donations
• Aid in client data entry and bank deposits
• Prepare and edit campaign finance reports
• Compose and mail out compliance correspondence
• Complete additional tasks assigned by Associates, Managers, and President

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet strict deadlines

About Spruce Street Compliance

We provide compliance services and operational support to Democratic and progressive campaigns, PACs, and advocacy organizations across the country. Our work includes supporting some of the country’s most high-profile campaigns and organizations, like Mayor Zohran Mamdani, Dan Osborn for Senate, Turn PA Blue, and the Asian Pacific Islander Political Alliance.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $20/hr with a maximum of 20 hours a week

This is a part-time, on-site position based in Philadelphia, PA
