Fairway Pines, a Lifespark Senior Living Community located in Sauk Centre, Minnesota, was voted Best Assisted Living in Minnesota in 2023. We are just off Main Street, east of the Old Course Sauk Centre, a few minutes from the city center with access to shopping, good restaurants, and more.

About the role

The Home Health Aide (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) roles at Fairway Pines provide support to residents with personal care services, helping them Age Magnificently. You will become part of our family and make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors in our community.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as outlined in the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Qualifications

Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.

Pay

• HHA Wage: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience.
• CNA Wage: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience.
• Shift Differential: $1.00 for PM shifts and $2.00 for NOC (night) shifts.

Schedule

• Full Time AM: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
• Part Time NOC: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Every other weekend rotation.
