Responsibilities

• Love working outdoors year-round
• Show strong customer service, communication, and time management skills
• Enjoy setting goals and take pride in your work
• Work with basic hand tools, gas-powered augers, and lift up to 60 lbs
• Navigate and inspect crawlspaces
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Willing to learn valuable skills while helping others
• Care about doing the job safely and following proven safety practices

Requirements

• No prior pest control or termite experience required
• Positive attitude, reliability, resilience, and willingness to learn
• Experience in a service-based or safe driving role (optional but beneficial)

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• 5+ years of work experience or 3+ years in a service-based or safe driving role (optional but beneficial)

Skills

• Strong outdoor work ethic
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Basic hand tool and gas-powered auger usage
• Ability to navigate and inspect crawlspaces

Benefits

• Starting pay: $50,000 per year + opportunity to earn monthly production bonuses
• Paid training: Category 7 State Certification training, extensive onboarding training, and ongoing continuing education training

Pay

Schedule

Seasonal 4-day work week: - August-February: True 4 Day Work Week - March – July: Alternating schedule (5-day week / 4-day week)
