Succeed ABA is an ABA Therapy provider for children with Autism. We hire both experienced and entry-level behavior therapists, as well as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Our team approach includes constant trainings and support, ensuring each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care. We provide primarily in-home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21 and pride ourselves on high communication, support, and guidance to help therapists feel confident in their roles.

About the Role

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop and build skills for greater independence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments
  • Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
  • Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency
  • Provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of clients

Requirements

  • RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
  • Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation (Required)
  • Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
  • Effective communication in English (verbal and written); Spanish speaking a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
  • Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
  • Passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
  • Comfortable working in a team environment or independently, depending on the program

Pay

$18.00–$28.00 per hour
