Located at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Minneapolis Saint Paul Airport hotel, minutes from Mall of America, Downtown St. Paul, Target Field, Xcel Energy Center, US Bank Stadium, and Minnesota Vikings training camp in Eagan, MN.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM); handle check‑ins, reservations, and late‑night inquiries.
• Perform the night audit: balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure all numbers are accurate.
• Conduct regular security walks to keep the property safe and provide a calm, watchful presence for guests.
• Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management summarizing overnight activity.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations and top‑notch service during the wee hours.
• Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing tools to solve problems independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a hotel or related field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Schedule
