Fairfield Inn & Suites Minneapolis St Paul Airport - Driver

Shifts: 4:30 AM – 2:30 PM and 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Friday PM, Saturday AM, Sunday AM, Sunday PM), including holidays. Airport-to-hotel transportation provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and team members with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every interaction is memorable.
• Maintain a sharp appearance by following uniform and grooming standards; commit to reliable attendance.
• Load and unload luggage, assist with check-ins and check-outs, escort guests to rooms, open and close cab doors, and deliver messages, packages, or flowers.
• Stay updated on area attractions, events, and transportation options; provide maps and directions; keep the lobby reader board and entrance area clean and welcoming.
• Keep the van clean inside and out; transport guests on scheduled runs; showcase hotel rooms and amenities when requested.
• Support guest services by answering the console, helping with room changes, and performing other duties as needed while following company policies and safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred; hotel or related experience a plus.
• Valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record; at least one year of driving experience.
• Strong communication, quick decision-making, and ability to stay composed under pressure.
