About the role

The Fair Lending Specialist, Sr is responsible for ensuring compliance with fair lending laws and regulations. This includes conducting fair lending reviews, monitoring compliance, and providing guidance on fair lending policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conducting fair lending reviews and analyses to ensure compliance with fair lending laws and regulations.
• Maintaining awareness of regulatory changes and their impact on fair lending practices.
• Providing guidance and training to colleagues on fair lending policies and procedures.
• Monitoring compliance with fair lending laws and regulations through regular audits and reporting.
• Developing and implementing fair lending strategies to improve compliance and mitigate risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., law, finance, economics).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fair lending compliance or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with regulators and understanding regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fair lending laws and regulations.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
