The user wants me to convert this job posting into clean semantic HTML following specific rules. Let me analyze the content and structure it properly. First, I need to identify the sections: - Job Summary (About the role) - Key Responsibilities - Qualifications (Required and Preferred) - Working Conditions/Schedule - Salary Range (Pay) - Anticipated Start Date (Schedule) - Contact information I need to use

for section headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. No job title heading, no Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, deadlines, etc. Only include sections with real content. Let me parse the content: Job Summary: There's a detailed description of the FSF program and the role. This goes under "About the role" or similar. Key Responsibilities: Listed as bullet points. Qualifications: Required and Preferred. Should be separate lists. Working Conditions/Schedule: Describes physical demands, schedule examples. Salary Range: $20.46-$27.92 - this is Pay section. Anticipated Start Date: 2026-10-16 - this could be part of Schedule. Contact: Nicole Kurth email - maybe include in a short paragraph. Also there's "Special Instructions To Applicants" but that's application instructions - should be removed per rules. "Important Notifications" about deadline - remove. "Current Employees" - remove. "Licenses/Certifications" - part of qualifications. "Supplement Questions" - application instruction - remove. "Starting salary will be commensurate..." - but we have actual salary range, so we can include that. "For Additional Information Please Contact" - keep as contact info. Now, structure:

    Qualifications

(or Preferred Qualifications) - but the heading "Qualifications" might be used for both. The rules say use headings like "Qualifications". Could have "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications" as subheadings? But rule says use

    for section headings. Could do

    Required Qualifications

    and

    Preferred Qualifications

    . That's fine.

But note: The rules say "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". So no "Yoga Mind/Body Instructor" heading. Also "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." There's no Job ID here. "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So remove the EEO statement, background check info, fair chance employer, etc. "Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." We have Pay (salary range) and Schedule (start date, class times). Benefits not mentioned, so no Benefits section. Now, let's write the HTML. I'll start with About the role. Job Summary text: "The Faculty-Staff Fitness (FSF) Program, a part of the School of Exercise, Sport, and Health Sciences within the College of Health at Oregon State University invites applications for one or more Yoga Mind/Body Instructors to teach FSF courses during the 2026-2027 fiscal year. That's a lot of prose. I'll put it in a

. Could break into paragraphs. Key Responsibilities: list of 6 items. Qualifications: Required qualifications are a complex list with OR conditions. Should I keep as a single list item with sub-bullets? The rule says use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Could make each OR condition a separate

OR Nationally recognized professional certification... OR Associate’s degree... OR High School Diploma... CPR/AED and First Aid certifications by the start of classes. Demonstrated ability to design, teach and assess courses that support inclusive learning principles and promote equitable teaching practices, to the benefit of all learners." I'll make each OR a separate bullet, and the CPR/AED and demonstrated ability as separate bullets. Preferred Qualifications: list of 5 items. Working Conditions/Schedule: prose about physical demands and schedule. Salary Range: $20.46-$27.92 Anticipated Start Date: 2026-10-16 Contact: Nicole Kurth email. Now, produce HTML. I'll write:
