Faculty/Physician Surgeon - Vascular Surgery
About the role
The University of Illinois at Chicago Department of Surgery seeks a full-time vascular surgeon to provide the full breadth of vascular surgery services. The Faculty/Physician Surgeon will be responsible for providing patient care and teaching for the Division of Vascular Surgery.
Responsibilities
- Aid the department with teaching medical students, residents, and fellows in Vascular Surgery.
- Provide clinical patient care.
- Participate in clinical research.
- Perform administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- M.D. Degree or a foreign equivalent
- Board certified or Board-eligible in Vascular Surgery
- Illinois medical license, eligibility to obtain this license
Qualifications
Competitive salary range for the position is $375,000 to $575,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity.
