About the role

The Neurohospitalist Faculty in the Department of Neurology at the University of Kansas Medical Center supports the department's mission of delivering high-quality care. This role diagnoses, treats, and manages neurological patients in an inpatient setting, providing care and consultative services for acute neurological disorders. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, they optimize patient outcomes and educate medical students, residents, and fellows through formal lectures and bedside teaching.

Requirements

• Education: M.D., D.O., or equivalent.
• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the State of Kansas.
• Board-certified or Board-eligible in Neurology.
• Residency training in Neurology.
